Rapid Roof Remover

Heavy ,doesnt have raw power to overcome 3 layers after you torn about 2 rows of shingles and they laying on top of machine.and have hard time tearing on hardwood planks. For clarification 3/8 hose,with high flow fittings on Honda 8cfm compressor ,I'm aware of requirements of flow and pressure.

Very well constructed machine. Works amazing on some roofs and not so much on others but overall a sound investment for a serious roofer. The wear and tear on your back is virtually eliminated by the machine during tearoff.

I have owned this machine for about 3 years now. I'm a small residential roofing professional an average about two roofs a week. This machine works really well as long as there is only one layer of shingles and there is plywood underneath ,but if not good luck to you because it's going to get caught on every little lip of every board .It is a very solid and well built piece of machinery I will give it that but I have had a few mechanical issues and have called the maker of the machine and he was very helpful and helping me getting it back up and running. Honestly if I could go back in time I would not have bought this machine . I would say that 70% of the time this machine just sits in my trailer collecting dust. If you were to buy this machine thinking that you're going to save a lot of back breaking labor you would also be mistaken. If it is a one layer strip you will save yourself some time but it comes at a cost because this machine is very heavy and very awkward to use. I have about five employees and I'm the only one that uses it, not because I'm selfish but because no one likes to use it. Seeing that this is the first review I have written in my entire life I will end on a positive note, I used this machine on a large 200 square apartment complex ,1 layer strip over plywood and I was probably getting more done than three men using traditional stripping shovels.
