How To Write Poems

Absolutely LOVE this activity book - used it to support a block of literacy planning based on poetry. Some fantastic ideas, particularly the poetry toolkit concept! The children loved it and produced some great poetry writing.

My ten year old loves poetry and has started to write it. This book has been very useful as it explains the key concepts and has lots of exercises to help children develop creatively. It's very colourful and well laid out. She's really enjoyed reading it.
