To tell the time as it is a Seiko watch, but it has been stopping as it's a new watch in should not do that,so it's faulty and I have sent it back registered mail,I do not want it back as it's defective, trying to contact them is difficult, first time we had to ring them to find out what was going on,they said it would be ten days, after ten days passed,we had given them a call and they new nothing about it in till we called once again then they found it and it would take as much as 6 weeks as it has gone back to the manufacture, this was a £250 watch plus my postage for sending it back,I want my money back not a second hand repaired watch, very poor service so much for an xmass present, not at all happy.

Great value watches
For around £200 these are impressive watches. No problems whatsoever with mine, keeps time well. They are solid automatic watches (never need a battery) decent 40 hour power reserve, proven in-house Seiko movement with easy to adjust date and time, Seiko heritage, the Seiko 5 is a sensible evolution from the old SKX. Solid feel to the watch, bracelet I find ok though some Seiko fans deride it and Seiko bracelets more generally; It does jangle when putting it on. 4 bracelet micro adjustments, which is not common at this prIce, with excellent Seiko proprietary lume and decent bezel action too. Drilled lugs with common 20mm lug width make strap change options vast and straightforward, thus can swop out for leather/NATO etc. I am about to buy another one in a different colour.
