My husband loves white gravy. I am not a fan of making gravy from scratch. I also am not a fan of additives in our food. So we are on the hunt for a white gravy that we can agree on.This one is ok. The flavor is definitely different than any white gravy I've had. There seems to be an aftertaste, almost a tang, like buttermilk maybe? My husband says he doesn't mind it, which is interesting because he's picky about his gravy. I don't really like it.So we give this one 4 stars (because it was quick and easy to make)... and keep looking.(We used the gravy to make a gravy fountain for Father's Day. Sometimes dreams do come true, fellas!)

I like to cook prime rib. The au jus is always an issue for my group as they want organic or quality ingredients. It is hard to make au jus as quick side, so I often used a mix or concentrate. This sauce packet was easy to prepare and had a nice hint of vegetable along with a good beef taste. I just did not like the (organic) sugar as it hit my taste buds first and strong.It is pricey also, but makes a lot per packet.I recommend ordering 1 packet first to see if you like it.

Really lovely and no nasty additives, if you live near menards you can find it much cheaper there. Goes amazing in that trending crack pot roast recipe.

I like the taste, it's a little saltier than I prefer but that's ok...its organic is what I was looking for
