Exactly What We Needed
We own a small dog food business making dehydrated and freeze dried treats. Cutting these products up in bite size pieces has been a problem. We've used scissors in the past but it's hard on our hands. So we started looking for another option. We ordered another of their products that had a guide below the knife blade. It didn't work well at all so we returned it and ordered this one. It's perfect! Yes it's small but quite big enough for cutting things like jerky, root vegetables, things like ginger, etc. It has an adjustable guide that you can slide what your cutting toward the knife blade. It also comes with a sharpener for the blade. It is very well made and absolutely perfect for applications such as ours.

Good simple slicer for affordable price
Actual size is smaller than I thought but it is same size as mentioned on item description. It took few tries to figure out how to cut the meat & dried fish easily but at the end, it is definitely easy to use.

it's a good product for the money, being 1 handed i think to improve this product it needs a flat surface to go beyond the cutting blade for better control of what your cutting,

The handle is only 4.5 inch, not 6.5 inch as described. Otherwise, it's working.

Good size cutter for nougats
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Excellent for cutting nougats. It's sharp and makes cutting effortlessly. I like the compact size for easy storage. Highly recommended.

Not recommend
Work great at first then the blade went dull.. tried sharpening the blade that didn't work paid too much for it not to work. Then the blade got loose and tried to tighten it that didn't work..

I feed my dog at raw diet. I can cut 1 pound patties now into quarters a lot easier and faster than i did before. This thing works great highly recommend.
