I recently bought the Victorinox Nail Clipper in Red, and I’m impressed. The build quality is exactly what you’d expect from Victorinox – solid, precise, and durable. Good quality. But old design was better. This one is too small. Had to get used to such a small grip. It's effective though.

It’s easy to use, pretty sharp and precise. The size may be a problem for some people as it’s a bit too small and different from the usual nail clippers. A bit expensive also but if you don’t lose it, it should be good for a very long time

Good build quality, sharp enough but tiny. Cuts smooth enough, but does not contain a rough surface for filing nails - this is a big miss. Not suitable for aged people or those looking for more grip as the grip area is not textured enough. Good for finger nails, not so much for toe nails, as it is small in size. Good to carry in a pouch - travel friendly size. Made in Switzerland as per the packaging.

The Clipper is excellent. Sharp and classy. The previous version had a nice black leather cover. Also, it had a mini nail filer This looks like downgrade but higher price.

Der kleine Victorinox Nagelknipser wirkt auf den ersten Blick wie ein völlig unspektakuläres Alltagsprodukt. In der Praxis zeigt sich jedoch sehr schnell, warum er sich deutlich von vielen günstigen Nagelknipsern unterscheidet. Es ist eines dieser Produkte, bei denen man erst nach der Benutzung merkt, wie viel Wert eine saubere Konstruktion und gute Verarbeitung tatsächlich haben. Die Schneidleistung ist hervorragend. Finger- und auch Fußnägel lassen sich präzise und ohne großen Kraftaufwand schneiden. Der Schnitt ist sauber, nichts reißt oder splittert. Besonders positiv fällt auf, dass die abgeschnittenen Nägel nicht unkontrolliert durch den Raum fliegen, wie man es von vielen einfachen Modellen kennt. Offenbar ist die Schneidgeometrie so ausgelegt, dass die Nägel beim Schneiden „eingefangen“ werden – ein kleines Detail, das im Alltag aber einen großen Unterschied macht, vor allem im Badezimmer oder unterwegs. Die Verarbeitung entspricht dem typischen Victorinox-Standard. Der Edelstahl wirkt hochwertig, stabil und langlebig. Nichts klappert, nichts verbiegt sich, auch bei etwas festeren Nägeln. Trotz der kompakten Größe liegt der Knipser gut in der Hand und lässt sich kontrolliert bedienen. Gerade für Menschen mit etwas weniger Kraft in den Fingern ist das ein nicht zu unterschätzender Vorteil. Durch die kleine Bauform eignet sich der Nagelknipser hervorragend für Reisen, Kulturbeutel oder als fester Bestandteil eines EDC-Sets. Er nimmt kaum Platz weg, ist leicht und dennoch robust genug, um ihn bedenkenlos ständig mitzunehmen. Die rote Victorinox-Schale sorgt zudem dafür, dass man ihn in Tasche oder Bad nicht so leicht verliert – auch das ist im Alltag praktischer, als es zunächst klingt. Natürlich ist der Preis höher als bei No-Name-Nagelknipsern aus der Drogerie. Betrachtet man jedoch die saubere Schneidleistung, die durchdachte Konstruktion und die zu erwartende lange Lebensdauer, relativiert sich das schnell. Hier kauft man kein Wegwerfprodukt, sondern ein kleines Werkzeug, das über Jahre zuverlässig funktioniert. Unterm Strich ist der Victorinox Nagelknipser klein ein typisches Beispiel für „einfach, aber richtig gemacht“. Keine Spielereien, kein Marketing-Gag, sondern ein funktionales, hochwertiges Produkt, das genau das tut, was es soll – und das besser als die meisten Alternativen.

Voctorinox kalitesinde çok küçük ve çok keskin. Kesim sonrası törpü kullanmaya bile gerek yok. Piyasadaki ucuz ürünleri alıp vakit kaybetmeyin. Ayak için bir numara daha büyük modeli olsa onu da alıp seti tamamlardim.

I bought these nail clippers in 2022 because I wanted something small and streamlined for travel, without a sharp nail file attached. The design is elegant and compact, and after regular use they’re still sharp and precise. They feel durable and well made, with a smooth cutting action that’s easy to control. Because they’re so petite, they’re best suited to fingernails or thinner toenails rather than very thick ones. Overall they’re minimalist, reliable, and thoughtfully designed — one of my favourite travel accessories to date.

As expected, these are excellent quality nail clippers. My only issue is they are a little small but standard size was the only available size.
