Nursem CARING HAND WASH – 300ml | Natural, ultra-gentle soap-free formula for very dry hands

Amazing. I had a reaction to some thing after I got my nails done. I had little blisters & peeling skin. From my finger tips to my wrists. I came across nursem. The fact it was designed by nurses was why I brought the hand wash & hand cream. I was so happy to see an instant improvement now 2 weeks on my hands are completely back to normal. I will continue to use tho because these are brilliant products my hands feel like silk smells good to. Feels like water just soaks in so not annoying. Shame it’s a bit pricey tho.

Hand wash fantastic. Helps resolve really dry hands. I bought the hand cream too and both are excellent, the best I have bought to date as it really does work. Good value.

Not as moisturising as I was expecting but definitely makes hands feel clean, nice smell natural citrus not synthetic smell. Stopping my hands peeling anyway.

I’ve just started chemotherapy and my skin has become very sensitive and fragile. I’ve been told I need to keep my skin well moisturised. I have animals and am obviously very careful about all germs, so wash my hands frequently. I was looking for something to help protect my skin and saw this. It’s obviously more expensive than a basic liquid soap, less so a higher end soap, but the reviews are great and I really wanted a product that would help prevent my hands from getting really sore. Prevention is always easier than a cure. The soap is very obviously different from dispensing a single pump. It feels almost like a moisturiser. It doesn’t necessarily lather much, but that’s essentially a cosmetic addition and unimportant. It slides around my hands and again, if feels completely different to a normal hand soap. My hands feel clean, but soft, this stuff really works. I’ve even tested it by washing my hands with a good quality regular hand soap and then with this product and the difference is phenomenal. It’s a cruelty free product, not tested on animals which is very important. Also for every product bought, the company donates a months supply is given to a nurse or midwife. I will buy this again and again. If anyone washes their hands a lot, this is for you, as it is if you have sensitive skin. I bought this for me to use whilst the rest of the family continue using their more high end liquid soap. This is so good we’ve swapped to this for everyone. I highly recommend it and will be looking at other products from this company.

Finally something that has sorted out my sore hands - have used every cream available from the doctor. Also used other nursem products but this soap has made the biggest difference to my skin. The barrier seems to have returned to my skin. Money well spent

Worth the money - finally found a handwash that doesn't aggravate my hand eczema, and looks/smells nice too! Have had a great improvement since I switched to using only this in the house.

Brought this product as was recommended by a nurse user. Myself and my wife have very sensitive hands which result in cracking and sore dry hands. This product seems to tick all the boxes so brought it. Unfortunately this also makes our hands itch and to become sore. Disappointed as had high hopes for this soap.
