Bought these for raising my blood sugar (type 1 diabetic). Was tired of the chalkiness of most glucose tabs and wanted something a little more flavorful & cost effective while still having glucose as a main ingredient. I think it evens out to be about 1 carb per gram(ish), and each piece weighing between 5-6 grams each. So far I enjoy the taste! Decent hard candy that could last a while if you sucked on it ( I wouldn’t know, I’m a cruncher lol). Probably would be a bit cheaper if you could find it or something similar locally, but I would totally recommend 👍🏻

While this candy had nice flavor, the candies either were old or had been subjected to humidity and temperature changes. Hence they were sticky and had an odd consistency.

These candies taste just fine - if that's why you are buying them - don't worry, you won't be choking them down.I attached some pictures for those that would be interested in knowing just a little bit more about the product:* 3 Pieces weight about 17 grams. Probably less. I weighed them with the wrappers. They are probably 15-16 grams for 3.* Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Acid: Citric Acid, Flavours, Colours (E100, E110, E129, E132)My only complaint is that the nutritional information breakdown is nearly impossible to read. (I mean 50 grams of candy? That sounds like an awful lot to me??? thats like 9 pieces... I'm not trying to get wired on this stuff...) ....

I love these, a hard candy that isn’t overly sweet.

Great for sustained energy during a long day at work.

I don't care much for fruit candies but these were pretty good. The orange is REALLY orange too....lol. They are very flavorful and last a good bit in your mouth. I did not buy them from Amazon, but the came in a monthly shipment of "Snack Crate" of my subscription, from Ireland. I wasn't sure what a "boiled candy" was, but I'm glad that I tried them.
