I bought this because the hand therapy place I went to used the same model. Used it half of last winter and I have had no problems at all with it. The weather is cold again, so I will plug it in in the morning and use it in the evening and then unplug it overnight. I love it.

I would give this no stars if I could. It does not work. First one did not work, sent it back then they sent out another one and it would not turn on either. Plus they will not credit your account for 30 days. What a terrible business model and way to treat a prime member that spends a great deal of money with them every year.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered my paraffin bath, but it has far exceeded my expectations. Choosing Therabath Professional wasn't difficult - it's made in the USA and the price was right. After I purchased it, I realized I needed some accessories; I strongly recommend buying the Therabath accessory kit. And buy extra wax...the unit comes with enough for a single fill. Each fill gives multiple uses and will last longer if depending on the number of dips per use. But, I read the manuel and adding layers is extra heat and extra comfort.I've used it on my hands and feet so far. And it makes them feel great. I wish the effect lasted longer, it's about 24 hours for me. The quick melt setting gets really hot and should be something to consider before the first use.I am glad I made the decision to buy this. It is extremely well made and very helpful in managing pain. It's a bit tricky using the hand and foot liners when alone, but it gets a bit easier over time. I strongly recommend this product. The wax makes my skin feel great and helps control pain. This is probably one of the top investments I've made in improving my health this year. A+ and American made!

This is an extremely nice therapeutic bath. It's nice and deep for immersion. temperature is not too hot. Has two melting temperatures. Much nice than my old one.

Purchased in 2021 and barely used 20 times. The whole time it was used, it takes so long to even melt or warm up the wax. It stopped working a few months ago. Even though the warranty is life time, i didnt expect a product that is made in the US to break so quickly. Please dont waste money and probably buy something cheap. For 350+ i am hoping it works consistently. Basically a cheap slow cooker that has a temp control and shuts off when it reaches a certain temp. The company did honor the warranty but you have to pay for shipping and return and any thing else in between. Will not recommend to anyone.

I have bought 2 of these and BOTH quit working after 6 months. Tried contacting seller to get fixed or replaced. NOTHING. Will never buy from here again

Melted wax in 2 hours and is the perfect temp all the time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for wax therapy.

Lo esperaba para poder usarlo cuanto antes. En 2023 compre un TB6 el cual devolví porque falló. Espero este sea mejor calidad, es el TB9. Derritió la parafina pronto, ayer llegó y ayer mismo lo usé. Después de usarlo 1 mes ha sido un producto con el cual estoy satisfecha
