Little Giant Ladders, Epic, M26, 26 ft, Multi-Position Ladder, Aluminum, Type 1A, 300 lbs weight rating, (16826-818)

I have been using a 16' Little Giant ladder for several years, which has been very useful for window cleaning. I decided to bite the bullet and purchase this 26' multi-position ladder, as I have been getting more and more jobs that require a taller than 16' ladder. I've been using this 26' ladder for several weeks and I really appreciate the various features of it. One of the great features of it is that you can use it as a 13' stepladder. It is very stable and built well. If you have to set it up where the ground is a little uneven, you can level it very easily with the leveler feet. The ladder is rather heavy at about 50 lbs, but is not too bad if you can figure out how best to use it in a given situation. It does come with stand-off arms. It is a little unwieldy to maneuver with the stand-off arms installed as they are kind of heavy, but sturdy. Overall, a well-made, very useful multi-position ladder!

It’s nice to have so much versatility all in one package even though it is heavy and expensive. This is a one time purchase, though, so it is worth every penny.

My hubby baught this to paint the outside 2nd story of our house. He loves it, its sturdy and versatile.

My primary need was for a ladder tall enough to get me to the roof. After considering the cost for a basic extension ladder I decided that although it was expensive the options for this ladder made it worth the investment. I am pleased with it however my main need has not yet been met. Because both bottoms have wide ends and the metal is solid when you open the ladder to its extension mode it is very top heavy. It becomes awkward to handle and difficult to raise. They include directions but those are not easy either. If using this size ladder as an extension you will need a couple of others to help raise it.

Never thought I would enjoy using a ladder but I really like this one. It is very stable and I can reach 13 feet in the air in A-frame mode easily. Can put up and take down by myself in A-frame mode and one person can carry. Had help extending to 19 feet length and it was stable. High quality aluminum. Like the Air Table and the arms you can walk thru are nice. It easily holds two people, one on each side/not on the same side. I wish it was less $ but I won’t ever need to buy a ladder again. Pair this with a 8’ ladder is all you would need.

It’s that good! Over 20 years ago, Little Giant devoted a lot of thought and engineering to a neglected, but essential, tool, the ladder. It was a revolutionary leap forward. No more rickety old ladder, that failed to perform in A LOT of ways. Since then, they’ll continued to innovate and improve the original, already great, design. I don’t buy any other ladders. I have my original Little Giant I purchased in the year, 2000. I still use it regularly. Now, I have 4 in total, including this latest purchase.You cannot go wrong with a Little Giant Ladder.

The ladder is fantastic. While first contemplating a LG ladder, I couldn't comprehend spending that much money on a ladder but based on recommendation from friend, took the leap. SO GLAD I DID. its amazing how simple it is to use, the versatility, the stability. I couldn't recommend this any more!
