Foundations of Addictions Counseling plus MyLab Counseling with Pearson eText -- Access Card Package (Merrill Counseling)

Filled with typos and at times it incorrectly paraphrases sources due to not reading the source carefully enough. Refers to the DMS instead of DSM a couple of times. Not impressed.

Great material! However, I returned it after learning that I could rent an e-book (which is what I prefer) on Pearson's website for 9.99 a month. I didn't the book longer than a month so it worked out for me and is a lot cheaper.

Good book for school

Amazon did great. However, pearson did not. The online objectives do not match the new version of the book. Its a waste of money to get the online access. Unfortunately, our professor made us get it.

Recieved this book and it looks like someone cut all the pages.

Good book but I wish it was simplified more.

I found many typos that should have been obvious, even when just using spellcheck, although grammatical errors have been found, too. One of the headings reads, “ASSESSMENSST ACROSS THE TREATMENT PROCESS”. Page 107 states, “People general look for self-verification...”. This really distracts from the reader being able to focus on the content.
