I’ve had this for months now and overall I’d buy it again. It’s easy to clean, I can use both shower heads at the same time with good pressure, and it’s very adjustable. My plumber said he turned the valve setting to allow the hot water to be as hot as possible and the water was still cold to me. I’m not sure if it’s the shower head or the plumber but note I’d definitely buy this again as I’ve just turned up the hot water heater a little to solve my only problem

This product is a complete waste of money and absolute junk. I'd send it back except I didn't realize how terrible it was until after the installation and now it's behind tile and there is no going back. Issue one: the valve is either on or off meaning you can't adjust the amount of water that comes out it's all or nothing. Connected to that issue is that the valve doesn't allow for adequate water pressure despite adjusting the pressure screws all the way out. This is a huge problem because the tub spout that came with the set needs adequate pressure to lock the diverter in place to send water to the shower head. I ended up buying a separate tub spout that was a screw on type instead of the slip on and it is atleast working. Issue 3: the shower head arm has the wrong number of threads which means when it was fully tight it was pointed at the ceiling instead of into the tub. Bought a separate arm that worked perfectly. So I had to spend an extra $30 replacing pieces that came in the kit. The metal is cheap and the matte black finish scratches off very easily.And all this happened after the first one I bought arrived damaged. Should have been a sign...In summary avoid this product.

I bought this because it was exactly what I was looking for. I though it would be installed within a week after arriving but due to COVID and contractor issues. It was months later. When it finally got installed the plumber told me the cartridge was bad. I immediately contacted the seller and they responded quickly and then sent me a whole new set. Love this product and impressed with the custom service. Love my new shower!

BEAUTIFUL! We remodeled our bathroom and I shopped around for quite a while. It’s surprisingly difficult to find matching black faucet and tub/shower sets. In an effort to limit costs (and not wanting to spend $300 on a tub faucet), I check amazon. So glad I took a chance! We replaced a moen and this is so much better. Literally eight different settings. My boyfriend and I prefer different settings, but there are so many! We did take the temperature control off as I love hot showers.

Was very excited upon receipt of this item, but left with some disappointments. I will just say, be sure to read all of the measurements and be sure to take good measurements of your exisiting if using this to replace, because it may not match up. Also it doesn’t come with the drain pieces, so be aware.We had trouble with the tub faucet not fitting our standard water line and had to trim its length down using some tin snips. Once it finally screwed in, we found that the faucet sprays water in every direction instead of providing a nice even flow to fill the tub. In short, water goes all over the walls and on to the floor. Not sure if there is a fix for this.One positive. The shower head does work great. Easy to change settings and provide a nice even flow.

I had a bit of difficulty installing but managed to get it done. When installed and you use it, wow !! It has different settings and for the price it’s reallllly good. Nice strong water flow almost like a spa feeling. Would buy again in the future.
