We bought this pair of knee straps because they were well rated and the description said they would fit knees from 12" to 18". My mom's bad knee is 12" and we have to lap the back part of the strap over the front to get the strap tight enough to stay up and support her knee. Those who need a strap to fit small knees will have to "McGyver" the strap to make it work. My bad knee is 17" and it works well for me. Both of us get significant relief from wearing the knee strap. It is fairly comfortable but occasionally by evening I'm ready to rip it off. Both of us have worn the straps most days for two months and they are holding up well.

For me, this product is AWESOME. I have sciatica nerve pain. And the Physical Terrorists told me to get a Patella Tendon brace, because that's a "pinch point" for the sciatic nerve descending down the lower leg. Well other bands worked but were cheaply made and really showed their worth in less that a week. This one,(of two), has been going strong for almost three weeks now and hasn't given in, even while swimming.

I have started using these patellar support knee straps while running. I had surgery for a torn meniscus a year and a half ago. I have noticed that my knee pain during and after running has reduced significantly from using this product.

I purchased my knee braces 1 Feb 2016. My initial review (3/6/16) is only 3 stars because the braces do not come with instructions, therefore I was not wearing them properly. My first thought was to just purchase a completely new pair in a different style because I did not think they were effective. I will use them, the proper way, in the next coming weeks to give an updated review.

Recommended by my chiropractor - really eases the pressure on my arthritic knee. I did have a reaction to the lycra, but I put a sock under the strap and it is perfect.

Helped reduce pain and increase mobility. Works in the pool, too. Packs easily for travel.

The way the Velcro is located if it is not perfectly aligned it while chafe your skin.

I bought these for my husband who has osteo-arthritis in both knees. He already has bulkier supports which cover most of the knee and which he uses to support his knees if he is doing anything which puts a strain on his knees eg. climbing a ladder, gardening etc, etc. However, while he finds these all-knee supports helpful for wearing for short periods, they are uncomfortable if worn for a longer period of time. He sweats and the supports chafe his skin and really irritate it. I thought these knee straps might be better for long term use so bought them so he could try them out. I have seen similar knee straps advertised in the press at a much higher price for a single strap. These Lokser straps are very reasonable priced for a pack of two and I felt that if they didn't help I hadn't wasted too much money. However, I am pleased to say that he really likes them. He wears them most of the time and they do not show when worn under his trousers. They are comfortable to wear and don't irritate his skin. They give his knees that little bit of extra support. He particularly struggles when walking downhill and he found the straps really helped. He walks our dog through local woods every day. The ground is uneven and the supports enable him to walk more easily over the rough terrain. If you have problem knees these are really worth a try.

Having been told, following xrays, that the pain I had been suffering in my knee was arthritus and having used my husbands knee support I decided to find something less bulky and more comfortable in order to be able to use regularly. This certainly fits the bill - I still get a bit sweaty underneath it but I have found the support they give was sufficient enough to ease the pain and I have found I no longer need them for now. They are also less noticeable when wearing under trousers although the dark blue colour makes them very obvious when wearing with shorter clothes.

I have had knee pain for quite a long time which has stopped me using my exercise bike, which I missed. I also used to get a sudden jolting pain from my knee cap when walking and the pain was terrible. So I decided to give these a try, but not really expecting much, and I'm glad I did. I can't say that it has taken away all of the pain, that would not be true, but I can say that my knee pain is reduced by about 90%. And the sudden jolting pain when walking has not reappeared since wearing these supports. I can even now go on my exercise bike again. So would I recommend these to others? I sure would, they are comfortable and do not bind or restrict blood supply. I can wear these all day without even noticing them. I am so glad I decided to give them a try!

Easy to wear and although it’s only a week of wear I find it easier to stand all day in my job. My knees are damaged with arthritis and often painful but with these straps on I don’t find they are anywhere near as painful. They are also very supportive and easy to wear. Not too bulky either. I can’t believe the difference they have made. I would say buy it it’s worthwhile trying!

Had a knee op a few years back always had knee pain until I got 2 of these after two weeks I dont have any pain I did read reviews saying the same but didn't believe but I now dont have any pain I only wear now and again if I know I'll be walking a lot even if my knee doesn't hurt, but what have you got to lose they dont cost much , best thing I've brought on Amazon
