Weird experience but fun
Versatile product. A weird experience. Takes some getting used to and a lot of patience to make a creamy sauce. Heat milk in a saucepan, add Barley Flour powder, stirring all the time. Keep stirring and it will eventually thicken to make a whie sauce. Add your own flavours, seet or savoury.

The quality of the talbina was very good. It was easy to make and was great to eat for breakfast. It was a great alternative to porridge.
