I SOOOOO LOVE THIS BAG! It’s not too big nor too small. I have own couple of bag and I never liked any of them. The zippers were durable. The heating element is perfect plus the usb charging port. It’s well thought. It’s free standing unlike other bags who shows they are free standing in a pic but super soft when you got then. This one is just perfect! Durable, waterproof, one hand zipping unlike other common diaper bag where you need to hold the other side of the zipper just to open it. Love the tissue or wipes holder. Laptop holder and the secret pocket at the back is all perfect. The built in stroller strap gives the bag stability to avoid it hitting your knees when you’re pushing the stroller. Perfect perfect perfect! The shoulder strap is soft. Love the built in key holder or wallet holder or any small thing you need to find quickest. The compartments are well designed for easy access. I just love it!

Not sure if I received a defective product because the bottle warmer did not work at all. The liner only warmed the surface of the bottle itself and not the milk. I don't understand what all the rave is all about but it's definitely not worth the money. I will be returning the backpack. The backpack itself is durably built however -- a little on the small side but that is easily remediated if you don't overpack -- which I tend to do because you never know what you'll need (FTM here).

Doesn’t heat the bottle. I left it on for close to an hour and it only heated the inside of the bag not the bottle. It smells like burnt rubber. I had to put it outside. The smell was terrible. I am so disappointed. I don’t understand the good reviews. I almost never go out of my way to leave a review but I felt the need to warn other moms.

This bag is perfect! We absolutely love it other than the fact that it did not come with a battery pack. It is only stated in one small place on this post and was very disappointing! You have to buy the pack separately non are even recommended.

This is the best one I have had yet! My sons bottles are shaped really weird so I was having problems zipping the bag to keep them with the bottle warmer. He loves how bright colored it is and it works amazingly! Would buy again!

It was the perfect gift for my niece. She is a young mother who has to have her cell phone all the time and being a first time mommy on the go, the built in bottle warmer is a pulse. When she opened it at the baby shower she was over joyed. The grandmother said, "I wonder if I can warm my coffee up in there".

The bag itself is very roomy with lots of compartments. But after less than a year of use, the inside lining on the compartments is tearing. For a baby bag that is constantly being used, the lining needs to be much stronger.The warming element for bottles sounded so very practical but it works for a bit but fails to really warm the formula.

This is a cute chic baby bag. It has lots of room. I especially like the back pocket for my personal items. I got it in gray so I can carry it and my husband and carry it, so gender neutral. I didn’t get a power bank yet to check the bottle warmer but I will soon. My baby is only 1 month so we haven’t gone to many places for very long.
