Match Stick Shaped Multipurpose Butane Lighter (2 Pack)

I like the look of the lighter as it looks like a giant matchstick. It refills easily and lasts a bit between refills. The switch to light is a tad hard to pull but still doable. The only thing to note is that for some gas BBQ grills the ‘match’ head will not fit through the hole and one would need to lift a grate to light.

Cute but needs to be refilled often. Kinda hard to press button for lighting also. Cute though....

I have arthritis in my hands & was gifted one of these lighters by a friend. There’s no trigger to pull with my painful finger, the “match stick” handle is big enough to grip & long enough to light any candle I have. And it’s refillable! Love it!

Each unit is approximately 8.0625 inches long (8 1/16 inch; 20.5 cm)Received four units in two separate orders. All have worked well, particularly now that I filled two of the four with butane (two from the same order). Those two arrived with no liquid visible in their view ports, but each would light about 4 or 5 times before consuming what vapours were present in their fuel cells. So, it not was not a case of those two being so full that they appeared empty by lack of a liquid/vapour line/barrier in the view port. Instead, those two arrived essentially empty. The two from the other order both arrived more than half full.Once filled, the two worked fine. Have been using three of the four off and on with no issues. Have been using two of the four for ~2.5 months now and they are still working quite well. Refilling works fine. I enjoy these lighters for their novelty factor. And they are not too large (unlike a matchstick style one I had from years back).

The assembly is held together by a single (very small) screw, which is normal for butane lighters. However, the head, body, and end cap wobble and tightening the screw does not fix it entirely. I had one of these years ago that eventually just fell apart into pieces. Some of the problem is that the switch presses on the internals which puts pressure on that screw. The screw is very small and is threaded into soft nylon/plastic. It will fail.In the meantime, these are functional, albeit a little cheesy, lighters useful for things requiring a few inches of extra reach.

Saw someone using one and fell in love. Ordered it immediately and now everyone wants one.

I have experienced that when I refill the butane, I have to empty the tank before I can load it again; otherwise the lighter does not work properly. I also does not work well when it is cold outside.
