Like taking nothing at all
This did not work for me at all. Like taking nothing at all. Have taken another brand in the past which worked great. Just forgot what brand I had used. Will not buy again. Total waste of money.

I read Dr. Dzugan's books and take this supplement as part of a program. Amazing!
I am so excited to see Dr. Dzugan's products on here. Dr. Dzugan has some great books here on Amazon! This is how I knew about his products and programs. I am taking this 5-HTP as part of the full program with DzLogic and have been on the regimen for about two years now. It is a personalized supplement program with several items but it really changed my life! I feel so much better and energized! They actually work with you on your specific issues and give you the supplements you need. So far so good fory sleep
I have had friends tell me to try this since I have a terrible time sleeping and then no energy the next day. I've taken it for a few days now and I do see a difference in my sleep which has helped. No side effects as of current. I look forward to seeing long-term positive results. I received this product at a discounted price for my honest review

Super Happy!!!!!!
