Can this be used with sublimation on cups?

It shrinks just as well as the wrap I use from JPPlus, but I have not used it in the convection oven yet...I believe it will work fine though.

What heat temp can this shrink wrap get to before melting etc?

Better resource if use #1 in the heat gun. Shrink perfect.

Not sure what you mean but I just apply a little heat from the heat gun while waving it
