The jack performs good, not great. The paint chips off the edges and inhibits the jacks movement up and down. The jack mechanical function is not smooth and continually binds up, but is functional.

I bought this used farm jack to pull out my old fence footings. It did the work just fine, although certain strength is required to steer it. :)
