button is faulty .needs to be pressed really hard .. please send replacement of the internal mechanism

So Elegant
Love the look of this doorbell. Really elegant. Our only problem, and it is hopefully a temporary one, is that users must push the button really hard to make the chime work. Anticipate the button will loosen a bit with more use. We will see.
