I bought a 2 pack of these. They work great! for a while. After about 3 wks one of them started breaking up the phone call so bad I had to place my call on hold, take off the detangler and then resume the call. Tried this same detangler on a different phone and same problem. Hoping the other one works longer than the this one did.

Did last long
I got it a few months ago for the phone at work because I did not like the headset. It was great when I 1st got it but within the last couple of weeks it is starting to sound staticky and it cuts out at times.

Poor quality
The item keeps the cord from detangling. However 2 of the 5 devices a have short that causes the sound cut in and out.If this would be corrected I would give the product 5 stars.
