I originally liked this product. It worked great on my low back and tail bone if I’m in my memory foam bed. You can’t really use it on your back on the floor. It is great if you have tight hip flexors if you are using it like you would a foam roller on the ground. The rubber texture is nice.My issues is mainly in the internal parts. Or the “guts” like another reviewer said. It seems like there is a timer. It goes off after a certain time but it is never consistent. So you have to hit the button again to see if it is dead or if it just shut itself off. At first I thought that maybe I had accidentally hit the button, turning it off. But I have turned it on to time it. The time is never the same. Also the battery doesn’t always last for the same amount of time. Sometimes it dies in one session and sometimes I can get multiple uses out of it.One annoying thing: I ordered black and they sent red. Which shows the quality control they use when packaging because the box says it was black.Update 6 months after purchase:3 star down to 1 star.Now the first of the 3 LEDs is always on so I need to charge it right before I use it. Otherwise it is always dead.

I've been looking for another roller for sometime now. I have a foam one that I love, but I've been very interested in something that offered vibration along with being compact. The Tractac ActiveBall is just that. This thing is an absolute game changer. Leg day pain the next day doesn't exist, roll your legs out before and after add some vibration, and recover in no time. Grateful for a wonderfully designed and manufactured product that does exactly what it should.I will say from use, that if you plan to roll out your back or shoulders I prefer to do it on a foam mat, it offer additional cushion and makes for a more enjoyable experience. AMAZING! The second I opened up the box I turned it on and immediately used it on my back. The vibration is very much high intensity, and it was mellow at first then got stronger each time I pushed the button. My back immediately felt better I would recommend this to anyone who works out a lot or has a bad back. What I also love about it is that's it's small and doesn't take up a lot of space in our apartment. It's easy to store and totally worth every penny!UPDATE: Everyone at my house over Christmas time LOVED this ball. Especially for their backs.

It is fantastic to cure the neck pain in the morning from mal-positions when you sleep. It was awsome for my daughter to make a massage from my neck to my back, specially lower back after my tennis game. I bring it to my office and do it for my back when I seat on my chair, putting Tractec between my back and seat back, good for long time. I recommend you after sports and sleeping with wrong position. Kids like it to do a massage with it. If you want a big favor from your kids for a good relationship, take it....

I bought this for my husband to use but I have been using it instead. I'm around 6 months pregnant and am having muscle pain in my lower back and glutes. I can't lay flat on my back but it worked surprisingly well against the wall. I really appreciated that it came with a booklet that showed all of the different ways you could use it as well. Even without the vibration turned on it works great! If you need the vibration, the intensity is really strong. I would definitely recommend this product.Sidenote: Our Amazon account is in my husband's name if anyone was confused.

Using it currently as I write this review. I was a little skeptical at first as I thought it was more of a gimmick/marketing device, but what I've realized is that it make it a lot easier to massage and roll out the muscles without lying on the floor and using your body weight which makes it convenient for use at home or at the office.Just be advised that to turn it off you'll need to go through the higher settings which gave me a little shock, but it's not a problem.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought it a couple of days ago and have been using it since and this is really great! I knew about vibrating foam roller from before but didn’t know there was a peanut ball shape that vibrates. The peanut shape really does massage deeply on topical areas where I have my muscle knots. I see why vibration is good because it just massages me without even moving or rolling onto my body! Rolling on it is also pretty fun. Very content with my purchase and really enjoying it! Definitely recommended!

If you are exercising or want to lose weight, you should know about this product. It helps muscle relaxation after exercise and helps break down cellulite. I particularly like to use this product on the soles of the foot. It is because I gain my weight a lot and the sole is sick recently. After exercising, It helps to massage the sick foot to cool down. I love this small designed peanut massage ball because of used in the gym. This is the best exercise partner and doctor for me.

El producto está bastante bien, vibra a una frecuencia adecuada, la batería dura bastante y los efectos se notan al instante. Llegó muy rápido y en perfecto estado. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque considero que la regulación de la intensidad debería ser más progresiva.

Great quality product, I was looking for a peanut after being recommend to get one from a physio to help with myofascial release and general aches and pains. Being a track sprint cyclist you spend a lot of time in a hunched up position and a lot of time in the gym putting stress through your lower back. I found that the active ball was the most effective way to release the muscles in my back and has significantly reduced my back pain. In all, I am very happy with the quality of the product and the service I received

Dieses Gerät kommt mit einer richtig kräftigen Vibration daher. Einfach genial, sofern es funktioniert. Das tut es leider nicht mehr richtig, und zwar schon nach nur einem Monat. Auf Stufe 2 und 3 hält der Akku nur noch wenige Minuten durch. Auf Stufe 1 hingegen ist alles wie gewohnt. Ich habe lange überlegt, es zurückzugeben, habe mir zwischenzeitlich auch ein anderes Produkt gekauft, bin aber zu dem Schluss gekommen, es dennoch zu behalten. Denn selbst auf Stufe 1 gibt es noch nen ordentlichen "Wumms" ab, sogar mehr als das andere, neue Gerät. Ich schätze mal Akku und Motor stehen da in einem leichten Missverhältnis und auch ein Umtausch würde über kurz oder lang zu demselben Ergebnis kommen. Schön wäre, wenn man es zumindest im eingesteckten Zustand verwenden könnte, kann man aber leider nicht.

Quality product and would of go a full five stars but i would of thought a small bag would of been included due to the price but otherwise a superb product

I love my peanut! Always has a trigger point ball and foam roller and loved those. But this is so much better.As a GB Triathlete I train a lot and this really does help with recovery, easing muscle stiffness or any areas that I feel are getting tight.Would highly recommend.
