Through the years I have used several hammocks, ranging from the little string mess camping version up through the full sized quilted monster you set up on your patio using a big metal frame.I have to say, this is the best of them yet. It comes neatly packed in a little nylon bag with hooks and ropes coiled on top. When you pull it out, it unfurls into a HUGE nylon hammock that would easily accommodate two reasonably slim people, or one person of larger size. (It says it is rated to 440 lb, and I believe it.)It does not come with explicit set up instructions (but does point you to a website if you need them), but in all honestly, I didn't need them, I have been using hammocks for close to thirty years, and the concept is simple, Find two tress suitable distance apart (in this case about 10 feet worked fine), wrap ropes around trees like a hitch (so they tighten with tension), attach hammock, and enjoy. Pro tip, put those end ropes up as high as you can, hammocks say and stretch out in the middle.I thought this hammock was pretty comfortable, much better than the string versions are. It also wasn't as space consuming (and lots easier to set up) as the big metal framed versions.Packing it up was a breeze. It easily stuffed back into the (attached) stuff sack, and the hardware fir nicely rolled up on top.This product is very lightweight, but seems well constructed, and seems like it would be quite durable, though I probably wouldn't leave it strung up in rain and weather too long. I think it will last well if taken care of and packed up when not in use. My family is going to enjoy this.I received one of these hammocks at a discounted price in return for an honest review.

IndigoSport’s nylon hammock arrived in one day. A bit more than 24 hours after I ordered it. Technology is amazing, and a testament to fulfillment by Amazon. I was struck initially by how small it packed: about the size of a 1L Nalgene, and just 1lb. 9oz. on my kitchen scale.Everything you need to be hanging is in this little pouch! I went to the website and watched the instructional video. Short, simple, and to-the-point.Tree attachment ropes are 5mm climbing ropes, each ten feet long but tied in a 48” fixed loop (easily untied and reconfigured if you want). Additionally, there’s a small bit of the same rope looped in the end channel, attached to the S-hook, which themselves are solid, and (I assume, due to their weight) made of steel.The entire hammock is triple-stitched on its hems, and has a nice feel on the skin, very smooth. Small stretch, but just enough give to cradle you. The “Golden Yellow” color is bright and pleasing, and gives a great initial impression. Side panels are a charcoal gray. Though it’s not shown in the pictures, the stuff sack is permanently attached to the side of the hammock.All in all, I think a very strong entry into the nylon hammock market! And at about the best price around for a double.

This is the second hammock that I've bought, my first being an Eno Single Nest. This hammock was exactly what I was hoping for. It is made of very nice material and is very comfortable and is much lighter than I would have expected from such a large hammock. I have been wanting a larger hammock to accomodate a second seat for someone and this one is perfect. I liked that it came with the S-hooks and ropes to mount it. I tried using the ropes, but ended up opting for my whoopie slings instead as they were easier. I think with the exception of the hooks not being completely closed (S-hooks instead of complete rings or carabiners) this hammock is perfect. I will definitely recommend to others and may even be buying a different color. :)

My IndigoSport hammock arrived today, and I already love it! Setting it up is a snap, especially with the included ropes for tieing to trees or other supports, and it's plenty big enough for me and my wife, or my three kids to share.
