All Is Good
I ordered the 6 pack, I received 8!!! Which is great because one of the motors went out the first week of use. Honestly, if I had received only 6 and one went out, I would be very upset. However, the fact that they sent me extras makes up for that. Yes I do have to go through the process of changing the motor out which is a pain, but atleast I have back ups and I don’t have to go through the headache of having to return or exchange the burnt out motor.

Parts Missing
I am very disappointed. This product is described to come with the flexible hexagon coupling which is needed to make a cup turner but was not included in the package.

ONE MOTOR DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY.
One of the motors is defective. It rotates half way around, then stops, and then rotates halfway back the other way. I can't find any information on replacing just one motor, and I've already installed the other five in the turner box.

This is a horrible design. Unfortunately, my spouse took too long to give it to me so the return window is closed!
