I add this to my own proprietary electrolyte mix. Great value. I'd definitely buy it again but I can't imagine going through it all. The serving size is a very small quantity so I recommend using a sub-gram food scale for measuring quantities.

Methyl B12 is the best, but less is more
Methylcobalamin is the natural form of b12, and more expensive, which is why I bought the loose powder. Please be careful with this stuff - Even at 1% strength, it is really powerfull. Get yourself a milligram scale - they are not expensive. The dose of 20 mg listed on the package is over 80 times the recommended daily allowance. I use 3.5 mg for a batch of 30 energy drinks - that works out to about 50% of the RDA - That amount barely covers the tip of a knife.

Love their products and their prices. Only downfall is I can’t find a scale that is capable is measuring this out

Never disappoints. I avoid fillers and additives in capsule and tablet form. Bulk Supplements is the only brand I use.

Works and easy to dose
I got this to give my animals since it's easier than pills. The results are the same. Most humans take 5k mcg a day so it's not a big deal to dose. I just give my pets a pinch. There's no risk of overdosing. Just take an 8th teaspoon or so. Your body just pees any excess out. If you take too much your pee will be ornageish-yellow, then you know you can decrease the dose. I do have a mg scale 1/8 tsp is under 500mg which by their info means 1/8 is 5000mcg a standard dose(what my dr prescribed my father) But you could do 1/16 if you really want to take less than 5k.

You need an MG scale and it’s still hard to measure
This didn’t work for me. It’s to small of an amount you need daily and to measure .002 ounces was impossible. Even with a mg scale.
