It works, I would not think it works, but it has helped me stop snoring , as well as make my bite, and jaw strength go through the roof

I bought the Beginner Strength product. Chewed through it in less than a week. I suppose that means I should have gotten the Intermediate or Advanced product. I'm not sure about the durability of these things, especially at this price. It works though.

Great design. Works all of the facial muscles. I bite with my mouth wide throughout the exercise (insert teethy emoji) for maximum benefit. Many foods in the USA are soft and hyper-palatable and this does well without me having to chew a lot of nuts and veggies.

I just purchased my 4rth one of these (over like 3-4 years), if you have strong teeth with a modestly sharp edge on any of your front teeth, like me, then you will probably chew through this item in a few months, maybe less. I just get the advanced pop n go, as it last longest for me. It will work well while it lasts, and you will likely get some nice compliments, as well as better blood flow, definition, bone density and stress relief in your face. I wish they could thicken up or reinforce the contact points with the user's teeth, and release a new model for us 'chew-throughers'; I'm not the only one who has this problem.

Before I used it, I consulted with My doctor and he said to beware of item because it can create TMJ or worsen grinding. So I returned Item. I found out it is not “prime” They charge $7 for return shipping. The item wasn’t even removed from the package. Please be advised that they are a shady company.

I’ve only been using this for a couple of days, but I can already tell this thing works.
