This screen protector is terrific. I got the 'matte' finish, to reduce/eliminate fingerprinting... it works great. The installation was easier than I thought, included directions are good, plus I watched a few YouTube vids. For some reason, I had to have this thing PERFECTLY placed and after looking at it I realized it was about a millimeter off vertical. It looked perfect from driver seat, but in my mind, I knew it was slightly off.So I gently peeled up from bottom corner and it lifted off easily, then I METICULOUSLY re-positioned it, and slowly laid it back down, only to notice a few big air bubbles. I peeled it back again, only far enough to get to the air bubbles, then worked it gently back down i9n the direction of the lifted corner. It was PERFECT at last!But then I noticed a speck of dust trapped near bottom corner, creating a small air bubble. So one more time, peeling gently at that corner, brushed off the dust particle with the included lint-free towel, and worked the cover back down into place. This time it was dead-perfect, no bubbles, no dust particles. So I pressed it firmly into place using the towel, and it is beeeaaaauuuutifuuul!EDIT: after 3 weeks I can say this item is pretty much perfect. The matte finish has reduced visible fingerprinting by about 99%. Additionally, it has NOT reduced the touch screen sensitivity at all.

I love mine! I got the matte screen protector for my 2020 Ram 2500 Longhorn and it fits perfectly! It's a little awkward to put on, but still very simple and no air bubbles. It still gets fingerprints but not near as bad as the plain screen without the protector. Some reviews have said that the matte protector makes the screen darker, which I haven't really noticed. It might make it ever so slightly darker but not so dark that you can't see through it. It's more of a plastic than glass which was nice for putting on! I constantly crack my screen protector on my phone so I'm glad I don't have to worry about that with this one. I've had mine in about a week but I've been in the truck for about 40 hours on road trips with this protector and I love it so far!It comes with a 1-year warranty automatically, but once you receive it you can register it on their website and get an additional 2 years of warranty for 3 years total! It only took me a couple minutes to do - they asked for my order date, amazon order number, what product it is, my name, & my email. Super simple, super worth it!Highly recommend!!!

I used this in my 2020 ram 1500 Uconnect. It fit perfectly and went on smoothly. I’m usually terrible at installing screen protectors (usually had air bubbles or lint). But after I installed this product it looked great and didn’t have any problems. If something happens to it I will definitely buy another one.

Solid and not some flemsy film.

I see all the positive reviews on how easy to install but the included instructions are useless unless you have a magnifying glass. Be sure to watch a few video first. As others have said the instructions are upside down. Don't install guide stickers on the bottom, install them on the top. The protective film pulls out from the top. The mistake I made was just going by instructions provided, when have I ever done that, ha

Just purchased a new Ram 1500 with the 12” touchscreen. On YouTube I saw a fellow describing this screen protector and I thought it would be a good investment. When I received the product from Amazon I was immediately impressed by the packaging. If you’ve ever purchased an Apple product you’ll know what I mean. The packaging is first class, high end. The instructions are easy to fellow although they don’t show you the squeegee which is included.I wiped down my touchscreen using the included microfiber cloth, (very generous size), and some Costco eyeglass cleaner. Then I used the included piece of sticky tape to pick off any lint or dust particles.I placed the screen protector in place and using the supplied tape strips secured the protector along the bottom edge. These tape strips will act as a hinge to allow you to tilt the protector away from your screen so that you can strip off the film that’s on the screen protector. I did this process by myself but as I was doing it I thought it would be handy to have a third hand. Not necessary but might make the installation slightly easier. Once you strip off the film use the squeegee to work out any bubbles, starting from the bottom up. I missed one little bubble so I had to pull the protector away from the touchscreen and start over. No problem doing that. Just catch the edge of the protector with a fingernail and lift. Took about fifteen minutes to do the installation. The touchscreen functions as before and you almost can’t see the protector.Too early to tell if this investment will pay off but I’m confident that it will. I carefully saved all the little tape strips and squeegee in case I should ever need them again.Oh yeah, the product description says that the protector is .33 inches thick. It is more like .033 inches.
