The media could not be loaded. Simple kettle, the removable basket is a big plus for brewing loose leaf tea. The instructions claim it can be used for coffee as well, but I have not and do not intend to use this feature. Easy to use and easy to store because its compact. Bonus is that the design makes it look like an art object as well. Highly recommend. Also much cheaper from the source than from the moma store.

Love this kettle. Bought one for way more $$ at the MOMA in NYC. The one from Amazon is exactly the same. I got the bigger of the two options (same price!). Everything is fantastic except when you go to dump out yesterday's water to refill for today, the top falls off (and I always forget to secure it/take it off). Maybe I am just dumb; I do wish the top secured just a tad so it didn't fall off. Otherwise, 10 stars.

What a huge disappointment. Every part of the description states that the kettle is stainless steel, and that it's compatible with induction, however the kettle is constructed with 2 squares pieces of metal, crimped together around the base. The entire bottom is made of aluminum not stainless steel. The bottom is extremely light and cheap and not encapsulated, so you will absolutely expose yourself to leached aluminum in your water if you can even use this kettle. If you have an induction cook top you won't even be able to use it because the base is fully aluminum and not magnetic. Love the squat square design, but have to return this one as I need a fully steal steel kettle.What a disappointment that no one bothered to make the description accurate.

I wanted something low profile and this did the trick! It works great and looks amazing! I have an induction cooktop and it works without issue. Highly recommend!!!!
