If you have an LG Computer Monitor and find the power cord short or Power Block undesirable, this might provide an improvement.
Bought this to replace the original Power Supply for an LG Computer Monitor. The only problem with the original Power Supply was its low voltage short wiring length and Power Blocks physical configuration; i.e. it was far from ideal for my office setup. This was a flawless replacement. NOTE: the LG Monitors do not have the ubiquitous 6 mm DC power connectors, so need you a specific solution with a slight smaller connector and the correct voltage and minimum current rating. And this unit has a longer lower voltage cord and (from my view) a better physical Power Block configuration.

Asked Seller if this Adapter would Work - It Didn't
Wasn't sure the exact replacement model I needed after my puppy chewed through the power cord to my LG monitor. I sent an email to the manufacturer/seller to see if the model I was looking at would work. He said it wouldn't, but this one would.Surprise, it didn't.

Saved Flatron E2351 from Trash
Lg FLATRON E2351 was about hit the trash at my work because it won't turn anymore, due to age of power supply and it's hot. So I thought of invest a 20$ power supply and it works flawless without a problem. Turns on without a problem.

Cured my flickering screen
My screen kept flickering on my LG monitor (secondary of a dual monitor setup). I bought another video card and almost pulled the trigger on a new screen but decided to flip the power supplies with my primary monitor. Bought this and no more flickering.
