This was a perfect prelude before my Israel trip, and a great memory album for after my trip, and a nice compact size.

I do wish the book itself was a little bit larger. But it is a fantastic book with amazing pictures and points of interest. It does a great job explaining what the pictures are and also providing lots of different scriptural context and reference for the locations it displays. They also provide Old Testament maps and some new map comparisons. For the price, this really is a must have for any Bible study enthusiast!

This is exactly the information I hoped it would be! Beautiful photos, Bible things that happened in each place, it's location on a map, and driving directions. Although I may never go to the Holy Land, I found the driving directions to be helpful in further cementing in my mind a place's location... for instance, an hour's drive from Jerusalem. It doesn't take away from the content at all, but do be aware, this book is little, fitting practically in the palm of your hand.

I have traveled to Israel 15 times and led several tour groups with my husband. I have been on the lookout for a book that I can hand to people who express an interest, but want to know more about Israel before they embark on a journey. This book is perfect. It is filled with colorful photos as well as maps and descriptions of the most popular and interesting places in the Holy Lands. It not only provides the biblical and historical significance of each site, but gives a modern perspective on what travelers will find. I love sharing it with others

Beautifully put together book. Pictures are vibrant and the resources given about each place is great. Only lost one star because with all of this info and the beautiful pictures is should definitely be a larger size. A larger size would also make it nicer as a coffee table book.

My daughter and I are planning on a trip to Israel when we are allowed to travel. I love this book. Every night when I go to bed, I read about a certain town, area, etc. I have not read all the Scripture given on each area, but plan to do that soon, which will make the area really come alive. Thank you!

A very informative and well illustrated booklet about the lands of The Bible today. All round a very attractive presentation. The only downside being that it is relatively small and it would be nice if it was tabletop size.
