Got this to build a new rig and it's a sweet motherboard with good features at a great price. It lacks wi-fi but I have no need for that and mention it because many may want it and will have to look elsewhere. The number of connection ports is impressive, plenty of SATA and USB2/3 for use and it even supports USB-C. There's support for 2 GPU's, plenty of fan headers for cooling and nice looking heatsinks to provide extra cooling. The LED lights are a nice touch too, though through the darkened glass panel of the case mine sits in I barely notice them. Overall a very good board with tons of functionality at a great price, so get one if you're looking to upgrade or build a new rig.

Affordable Alternative to X570 Boards ✅ Cheaper than X570 motherboards while still offering PCIe 4.0 and strong VRMs. Potential Downsides ⚠️ No Wi-Fi – You'll need a separate Wi-Fi card if you don’t use Ethernet. ⚠️ No PCIe 4.0 on Secondary M.2 Slot – Only the first M.2 supports PCIe 4.0. ⚠️ Not the Best VRMs for Overclocking – Fine for stock Ryzen CPUs, but not ideal for extreme overclocking. Ma se cercate un pezzo di silicio che sopravviva a tre governi, due pandemie e sessioni di rendering infinite, benvenuti a casa. Ho montato su questa MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus un Ryzen 5600x circa 6 anni fa. Da quel giorno, il BIOS è rimasto più stabile della mia pazienza e la scheda non ha mai accennato a un cedimento. È il tipo di hardware che monti, avviti e dimentichi, perché sai che farà il suo dovere finché il sole non diventerà una gigante rossa. Perché sceglierla (anche oggi): DDR4 Boost: Le memorie a 4400MHz in overclock non sono un mito, qui girano senza che la scheda madre inizi a sudare freddo. PCIe 4.0: C'è tutto quello che serve per non sentirsi nell'anteguerra tecnologico. L'M.2 Gen4 fa volare gli SSD mentre voi ancora state decidendo cosa programmare. VRM da battaglia: Le fasi di alimentazione sono dissipate così bene che potresti usarle per raffreddare l'entusiasmo di un fanboy Intel (si scherza, o forse no). L'esperienza d'uso: In 6 anni di onorato servizio, tra compile di codice infiniti e sessioni di gaming dove la povera 1650 Super (di cui ho già tessuto le lodi) urlava pietà, la MSI è rimasta lì, impassibile. Ha visto passare versioni di Windows, aggiornamenti BIOS e cambi di pasta termica senza mai battere ciglio. Verdetto: È una scheda madre ATX 'ignorante' nel senso buono del termine: bada al sodo. Il design total black è elegante, i dissipatori sono massicci e la connettività è completa. Se state assemblando una build AM4 solida come il marmo e non volete vendere un rene per le nuove piattaforme, questa MSI è l'acquisto più intelligente che possiate fare.
