I stuffed 10 pounds of sausages in about two hours, all by myself. I believe if you have an extra person helping, that would be much faster. Overall, I am pleased with the product, it is made of sturdy plastic, very easy to clean as other people pointed out. fairly easy to load and reload the meat. Once you get the hang of it, it works quite well considering how simple the design is. I didn’t break or tear any casing, quite pleased.

It's very practical to make croquettes

I bought it to make pelmeni (Russian raviolis) where I had to put a small amount of ground meat on a small piece of dough. There was a small amount of meat that would not come out at the end and a little bit on the insides, which I was expecting. It definitely made the work easier. Would recommend it for small cooking projects.

The best tasting casings I’ve ever eaten. We air fried our home made Thai sausages with these casings and the crisped up really nice. Love it.

It works and is easy to clean, but I ended up spending more for a clamp-mounted crank type stuffer and use it even for batches that would fit one or two loads of this one. It's small, awkward and slow to use. 3 stars because it works as advertised
