It really is just for costume use truly, It feels quite cheap with hardly and give to stretch the fabric which could be both good and bad, not really a scam because it did arrive and I got what I paid for I can say It's decently comfortable not being scratchy or tight It's basically like a fabric napkin with a pattern on I supposeso If your looking for that go for It.
