Came in original box. Easy to fit instructions are to download and so easy to use. Perfect for my little sink. Looks neat. Fast delivery. Excellent price.

Easy to install
It's small and easy to install. The hot water flow isn't great but it's pleanty enough. I was fed up of washing my hands and clay tools in very cold water and this little unit makes washing up a pleasure.

Leaking tap on heater
The media could not be loaded. Does what I needed it to do for a outhouse, the tap/arm leeks when moved.... I've tried tightening it but it makes no difference.... See vid

Does it’s job
Bought this to replace the older model that I had which was broken. This is easy to install, but I feel like the hot water temperature is not as high as the older model.
