Dog gate
We use this gate to keep a dog out of certain areas and it works extremely well. It is well made and easy for all to use.

It's good, but tricky to fit and with screws not suitable for plasterboard
This stair gate does it exactly what we wanted, it's quite fiddly to install so you'll need a bit if DIY knowledge and tools. Also as the hinges and stops are plastic, if the walls are slightly out of upright you will have to use a shim to level them. Finally, if your walls are plaster board (like ours) you will have to use different fixings as the ones supplied will only screw into wood, I had to use plugged plasterboard screws, as a result I had to drill out the head in order to allow the stop to snap into place.

Dog Gate?!?
Heaven knows whether this gate would stop the average toddler from falling down the stairs and I’m so glad that I didn’t have to follow the complicated instructions to the letter. As a dog gate it’s absolutely brilliant for stopping my Jack Russell terrier from climbing up the stairs.

Sturdy and safe
Easy to fit and is adjustable to any wid not a one handed opening though
