I love these mounts! I’ve purchased 2 of the 12 inch and 1 of the 24 inch. I have the 24 inch in my bedroom and I can easily fit my cable box, Apple TV box, and Lenovo Smart Alarm clock on it with room to spare. The 12 inch ones are in the office and spare bedroom and easily hold my cable boxes. The tv in my bedroom is on top of a dresser so it’s a little high, I like that I can angle the mount to point down so the IR sensor on the box is easily accessible, plus it allows the face of the alarm clock to be seen also! Great option for a reasonable price. The mat included makes it non slip, and the shelf is made of metal. The stands are plastic but have teeth in them to lock them in from slipping. I will buy more if needed in the future. Super easy to install and no assembly required.

It's sturdy, easy to adjust and install, grips well. I use it for my sound bar and have had no issues so far.

I had a pretty unique situation that was solved with this shelf. In my bedroom, I have a desk with two large computer monitors, and several inches above the monitors, I mounted a TV to the wall. Both the TV and my computer share a sound bar with wireless subwoofer. Previously, the sound bar and sub were situated behind the monitors, forcing them forward on the desk. This resulted in my keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals being pushed to the very front of my desk, which I didn't love, as items would inevitably fall off. Additionally, this desk, though on the smaller side, is not one I was looking to give up. It's an antique desk that dates back to the 1950s. I've had it my entire life, and I personally refinished it several years ago.Enter this shelf. I was lying in bed one night, watching TV, when the thought suddenly popped in my head "I wonder if there exists a shelf that can mount directly to my TV that I can place my sound bar on. A quick Amazon search turned up this product, and here I am. My sound bar is now sitting on top of my TV (I zip tied it to the shelf for safety, but doubt it was actually necessary), my subwoofer is now sitting on the floor in another corner of the room, and I have as much desk space as I'll ever need. Plus, I'm no longer dropping computer peripherals off my desk every five minutes. I wish I'd thought of this solution a year ago when I got the sound bar and especially in August when I purchased a second monitor. I couldn't be happier with the result.

I almost sold my soundbar because I didn't want to put more holes in the wall to mount it below the TV (which is wall-mounted). I came across these shelves and envisioned what I wanted to and boom, it works like a charm. As you can see in the photos, it fits perfectly and does exactly what I envisioned.The TV that you see is 55". The length of the TV (side-to-side) is 48" exactly, so I purchased two 24" shelves and placed them side by side. With the arms adjusted to the perfect positions, the shelves stay in place nicely. The shelves are also made of metal (but the arms are plastic which is fine). I was able to fit my soundbar (which was approx 39" in length and weighs approx 10 lbs) in the middle with my wifi cable box on one end and Apple TV on the other. I could not have asked for a better setup.
