Little quadcopter with BIG quadcopter features!
The media could not be loaded. Come for the light show, stay for the great features of this awesome little quad by Hasakee. The Q7 Neon really does put on a fantastic light show at night, like a 'Close Encounters' kind of thing. It's a lot of fun. But, it also has some other features that make it a great little quadcopter. (It is not capable of autonomous flight maneuvers. So, it's not a drone.) But, being able to fine tune it's flight characteristics with trim adjustments, the ability to hover with Altitude Hold, fly with true Headless Mode, Being able to turn the lights on and off remotely, THREE batteries, TWO USB chargers, a full set of spare propellers, and a propeller removal tool and screwdriver, AND an intelligently written instruction manual. It is a toy quadcopter, yes. But, so technically advanced, it really is for people 14 years and up, just like it says on the box. This is NOT one to give to your 5 year old. I'm an old guy and I like this one well enough that it won't be going to my nephew. I'm keeping it. I'll get him something more his speed. (He's only 8 years old. He would not appreciate this one.) But, great purchase, five stars.

Great product! So much fun!
I bought this for my friend’s little boy for Christmas. It was easy to set up and flies smoothly and it lights up which impressed even the adults. Comes with a battery and backup battery for the drone itself, and they’re rechargeable! It does require AAA batteries for the remote that are not included, so make sure you have some on hand. He told me it was his favorite Christmas gift and the best part is it didn’t break the bank!

Reasonable and won't damage your house
Purchased for my 8 year old but everyone in the house likes to play with it. It's not quiet but not super loud. I think the battery could last a little longer but maybe that's just how these kind of toys work. Has a cage over the propellers so it doesn't damage anything or hurt anyone. Lights up and you can change the light color scheme or turn them off if you don't like them. Overall pretty good for the price and it won't damage your house ☺️

Great for kids!
I bought this drone for my son for Christmas. We've gone through a few drones because they usually don't last. This drone by far is the best one I have found for him. It's easy for him to use and control. It does little flips in the air. (That's his favorite part). It lights up and looks really cool when he flies it around at night. The battery life is what you would expect. Generally the battery life on drones don't last very long but this one comes with 3 batteries total which is great! My son keeps 2 batteries charging while using the other one and just switches them out when he needs to. Great drone! Definitely recommend!

Garbage drone
I read some very good reviews, that led me to purchase this for my sons birthday. I already knew that battery life was an issue, but they give you 3 batteries. Now I guess I wasn't as proactive as I should have been with gifting it and not setting it up before handing my son his gift, he was so excited everyone came to see as we set it up for the inaugural flight and it lit up and at that moment we made eye contact my son and I nodded to each other I knew I did good by him at this point and he pushed auto take off and only two propellers powered up and sent this drone flying faster than the speed of love in to the wall. My son walked to me defeated and handed me the remote, smh a room full of spectators all saw and felt his disappointment with the drone and me I felt like I let him down. Why do people give good reviews for a free drone it seems these reviews are not impartial and thats not good business I know a guy named Jeff who used to work for Amazon I wonder if things like this unsurpassed amound of frivolous reviews that will at some point cast a shadow on centricity for customers here will catch up with Amazon one day? Who knows, but my son is out a gift and I will not buy another drone from here again.

For beginners yes! for under 5 not so much, And that’s ok!
I bought 2 for my kids as the “wow” gift for Christmas ages 7 and 4 1/2. Both were super excited! I realized the recommended age is way over 7 (14 I think?) but figured meh let’s give it a shot.2 weeks after Christmas I feel I can now give an honest review.First. Put your daughters hair in a pony before you let her try… this dad didn’t have that lightbulb moment til my girl was walking to me with a drone in her hair. Easy fix though! Popped the rotor off and she was free!My boy (4) tried but couldn’t grasp the controls. This is absolutely no fault of the drone. So after 2 weeks of 2 drones ripping around the house I’m giving this a good 4+ star rating. Its 1st of 3 speed control stages make this thing easy to control in the house. Movement is slow and responsive. With 3 batteries and multiple chargers included (WOW!!!!) you can keep this thing airborne for a long time! That 7 minute time is probably on speed 3 cause speed 1 can run over 10 minutes I’m seeing. Maybe it’s cause my daughter keeps ramming it into things, then has to pick it up and start again? But that last sentence speaks to the durability. That thing is taking a beating. It’s set up to pop the protective cage cover and rotors off as it needs to seemingly protect the important bits. An easier/faster way to get the cage on is my only (pretty weak) complaint honesty.Last I’ll say this thing is made for pretty much ZERO wind conditions. Keep it inside or covered from anything over calm winds… and I’m talking less than 3 knots. I brought it out at 5 knots or so, and that sucker wouldn’t come back. (I got it back through the old “kids get my shoes quick! Method). If you get a busted one, it’s worth trying the return process for another try. I’ll buy this again when we need another.

Easy directions and Use...My Girls want another one!
Bought this drone and as soon as my girls saw the box they took it out of my hands bc they wanted it! My 11 year old daughter was able to put it together so the directions were perfect! So easy to not only put together but also to use! My 8 year old daughter has autism and absolutely loved the lights on it. She was able to use it as well! I highly recommend this for a gift for your own child or any child! Only problem is that now the girls want another one!

Not easy to control.
I bought this for my 9 year old. It is not easy to use. Will not hover in one position and keeps moving to the right despite attempts to calibrate it. Many of the controls do no appear to work at all. Would not recommend for children.
