How to Be a Well Being: Unofficial Rules to Live Every Day

Great book and a quick read
The authors have compiled a lot of great information that has been studied and time tested. What looks like some great approaches are actually a lot of researched approaches to life situations broken down into an easy way to utilize the information. Good sound advice on tackling the realities of life, keeping your spirits up when things go wrong. A book you keep and thumb through once in awhile as a reminder. I just met a woman in a coffee shop. She confided in me she was going to be a life coach. I bought her this book. She should give it to her clients. We all like to share good information. You will do the same when you read it.

A great read at a time that the world needs a little more “happiness”.
Hat’s off to “Sanj”, “Pouli”, and Dr Andy Cope for launching this book when the world needs it. As we all adjust to the new normal of Covid, we see signs around us everywhere that happiness might actually be at an all-time low. But if you believe that happiness is a life decision (like I do), than consider “How to be Well Being” a great guide book that takes you on a journey from the basic thought that “life isn’t fair” to ground us, and then provides a path of stepping stones to achieving, or increasing happiness.

Win at life starting now
Fantastic read, very informative and digestible. How to be a Well Being simplifys the self help game into 22 easy to follow rules. Twenty-two rules which are back by current research and confirmed with anecdotal evidence. Unlike other self improvement books, How to be a Well Being being feels like a personal conversation, like you’re sitting down with the authors and listening to them share their life experience over a glass of vodka. Highly recommend, a must read for anyone looking to thrive in 2020 and every year after.

Great Rules to Help Us Live Every Day
A very entertaining and insightful read to help us focus on what's really important in our lives to reach our full potential, however that's defined. The authors lead the reader through a series of rules, some obvious and others not. All are important to be remembered (or reconsidered) in order to make the most of our "present" and we're encouraged to start our journey NOW. Particularly good advice, given our current challenges!

Sometimes We Just Need A Little Nudge
I was not sure what to expect as I read this book, especially with it being written by more than one author. What struck me, early on in the book, was that, unlike other books I have read, right off the bat, I read that the authors don't want to wish us an easy life, free of pain and hardship. But, that in those hard times that we go through, that we can learn to be better people because of it. There were statements after statements that had me stop and wonder if I had really just read what I did. I love how the authors worked together to write one story, and bring in wisdom from their own perspectives to create an easy read, that leaves the reader challenged to make the most of life.

Warm and wise advice for a good life!
"How to be a Well Being" is a must read for all of us who need some common place reminders of the important things in life. This funny and light hearted book helped me focus on how to be happy and successful while not losing sight of the importance of feeding my soul.I love Pouli's life story of how he became an engineer at his father's insistence because he would never go hungry. But after years of engineering and not going hungry, Pouli was still not satiated and realized that there was another hunger that needed to be fed.Thank you, Pouli, for sharing your recipe and common sense approach to feeding our whole being.Cheers for a good life Pouli!Rob H.

The Time Is Now
Another easy to read book with so many facts, thoughts and actions to take away.I have read many of Andy Cope’s books and they have all been brilliant. These rules are simple and yet so thought provoking. You’ll get the “I know that already” feeling, but then it hits you, why am I not doing it then? Can see me reading this a few times, as reminder of how to look after me first and then I can help others.

To pick you up and remind you of the importance of you
I bought this book when I was feeling low and lost. I’m a fan of “The Art of Being Brilliant” team, I knew I didn’t deserve to be feeling low or lost, but I needed some help to bring me out of that funk and I had a feeling this would do it. And it did. It lifted me up and reminded me that I have choices, my future is within my power by setting my mind in the right way. I normally delete a book from my Kindle once read, but this is one of those I will forever dip in and out of when I need a boost or a timely reminder that my life is up to me, so live it in the best way and love every minute (or learn from it when you don’t but move on anyway)!

Well put essential happy guidance
I haven't finished reading yet but love the book so far. Very easily accessible. I've attended a couple of Andy's workshops and he's such a lovely man who wants to spread the happiness, amazing! He has a really great way of connecting and communicating which just isn't really captured by other self help books I've read. Of course there are other authors in the book and it's all good. This really adds to and enhances other courses, therapy and self help I've done but also would be perfect if this is the first self help book you read😊.
