Not worth it.
This thing is ridiculously flimsy and while it may be designed to hold 20 pairs, it certainly isn't BUILT for it. I ended up having to superglue the rods into the sides after it kept collapsing. Do not recommend moving it after assembly either. Unless you are a fan of the game Pick Up Sticks, which i think we can all agree SUCKED, even as children. 1/10 would recommend. Go to Target and get one. At least then you will have 37 things you don't really need but are way more awesome than this crappy shoe rack. Its almost as crappy as when Target decided to get rid of their popcorn and blue icees in favor of Starbucks. MEH

Meh...
This shoe rack is pretty fragile. Once you do get it together and placed, you have to be gentle when taking shoes off the rack or putting them back on the rack, the bars constantly pop out of the frame and fall off.

Good value for the money
The rack is easy to put together and is stronger then more expensive shoe racks I've purchase in the past. I like that the rack is a flat horizontal height for the shoes, so the shoes stay in place. I've had shoe rack that were slanted and the shoes always feel of the shoe rack. It holds 20 pairs of shoes.... I'll buy another most definitely.

Don’t waste your money
Don’t buy this product!! I bought this product because it didn’t require tools and said easy to assemble. I didn’t know connecting a metal bar to two plastic ends would be so hard. It is flimsy and unstable. Once you connect one side it wouldn’t connect to the other without falling apart. I should’ve known this product wouldn’t work when I opened the box and the instructions were crumbled. Spend the extra money and skip this product!!

Dollar general have one more sturdy than this!
This thing was not easy to put together. The directions look like a 6 year old created it. Once I spent 20 minutes getting the rails would pop out and I would place them back and then more would pop out. I immediately boxed it back up because I just don’t have the patience. Don’t waste your time or money on this item.

Absolute Crap
The product is absolute garbage. Flimsy lightweight plastic that won’t even assemble together let alone stay together. There is no way this would support 4-5 pairs of shoes even if you somehow glue it together. Amazon and the seller should be embarrassed to sell this garbage.

Good Enough to Do Its Job
It's a shoe rack. It's exactly what you should expect if you are buying this. It holds 20 pairs of shoes unless you have gargantuan feet. The rack is short enough to fit in my coat closet, and still hang coats above it. The build quality is so-so. It's not the most robust piece of equipment you have ever seen, but by no means should anyone shy away from it due to quality concerns. For the price, it is a decent product.

You get what you pay for...
The lock and hold method of assembly... Nope. Once I finally got it together a half hour had passed (it should have taken less than 5 minutes). Then it was so unstable we had to treat it like fine China. The bottom bars popped out a few days after I put my summer sandals on it. My husband bumped it and it fell completely apart. Trading this and finding a more sturdy one.

¡Súper práctico y súper precio!
No es lo más resistente del mundo, pero a mí me llegó bastante bien. Realmente voy a poner zapatos ahí, no necesito que cargue muchas cosas. Funciona perfecto, es muy barato, me encanta. Los laterales de plástico se ven frágiles. Deben armarlo con cuidado, alguien muy bruto lo romperá. Llegó 3 días antes de lo esperado.
