It's a decent little efile, for as long as it worked anyway. After 6 months the brass piece where the bits go in came loose. I use it for mine and my daughter's nails twice a month. I had to put duct tape over it in order to use it. I'm having to purchase a new efile, but it will not be this one.

I have always had terrible nails. They are flimsy and break easily. Working with computers, it was necessary to keep them fairly short anyway, but I still wanted to look professional. My cuticles would bleed from me using cuticle clippers too much and my nails were always torn. I couldn't afford fake nails and didn't like going to the salon to get my nails done anyway. I had tried about everything, including a few portable kits. This one works! It smooths out all my rough cuticles so I no longer obsess with the clippers. It smooths out bumps and roughness on my nails I get from work and from gardening. It gets rid of extra cuticle as well. I smashed a few fingers and lost a nail and this little marvel is really helping level out the nail bed while in the process of regrowing. It has truly helped. I have always had a problem with polish not staying on, and I really need a Stage 4 strengthening polish on at all times. A light sanding is all it takes and the polish lasts at least a week. My goal of short, nice professional looking nails is on the horizon and I never thought that would be possible for me. Your product has it all. It is handy, lightweight and flexible. It comes with everything you need to get started and extra accessories as well. I love the color too! I got my granddaughter the smaller one, as she wanted one more portable, and she loves hers as well for different reasons. She has long nail salon nails and uses it to maintain her look between salon visits. It helps sand off gel polish. She loves going to the salon and getting manicures! Give me a pedicure and massage instead any day. So you see your product is just as useful for a person like me with natural nails or like my granddaughter with fake nails. It is a wonderful purchase and I highly recommend.

Revised - great customer service, refunded my money. "Has never worked and now I can't return it"!

So I used this product for about 8 months, about 4 to 6 uses a month! And it just died, I would use it fully charged, turn it on to use it, it would run for a few seconds then just stop. SO yeah What a disappointment and a waste of money! I definitely will not be buying this brand ever again! Better to pay a little more for a better brand, cause 8 months and as some reviewers have stated 3 to 4 months is not a long time for a $40+ item to last. I did like it, it was easy to use and had enough power for what I needed, Just take into consideration when buying it may not last you very long.************UPDATE************So my original review was 1 star due to my first unit going dead so soon after getting it. Customer service contacted me and offered to return my money or give me another unit, I accepted the second unit at no extra charge. I do like this little drill it works great when it works and its so light weight and does a good job. I opened my box as soon as I received it in two days, the unit was totally brand new with tons of extras and fully charged and ready to go, worked great right out of the box. I am excited to see how long this one lasts. I am Super happy at the moment!!!

I bought this in September of 2020, however I have used it a total of 5 times and it burnt up. It was always kept safely stored in a hard container and charged everytime I used it first. If you plan to use it more than 5 times don't waste your money. 🙁

It’s easy and light weight!Love it.

It was great at the start but today when I turned it o , I got through 1 nail and then it died. I just thought it was flat, so I charged it. But guess what ... it did not turn on. It was used less than a dozen times. Come on, how is this value for money. Very pissed off. Waste of hard earned cash

Hasta ahora ha funcionado muy bien, la compre para sustituir mi anterior máquina ya que hago mis propias uñas en casa y es muy buen producto, bajo ruido y buena duración de batería.

This was a great drill at first, however, just after 12 months of using the machine, it started intermittently shutting off. I have to jiggle the cord constantly to keep it running. It's unusable. I have tried over and over to contact the company to replace the cord or machine and they haven't responded. I'm very disappointed. I'll have to find a better company to buy from. I don't want to replace a drill every year.

I didn't use it very often, maybe 10 times all up and it just stopped working out of nowhere.

Lleva muy poco tiempo de uso, (menos de 6 veces) lo encendimos y ya no prende, lo cargamos para ver si le faltaba batería y ya no funciona, no sabemos porqué. Me decepcionó sobre todo por el corto tiempo que duró.
