Great bag! Durable inner liner along with the awesome red and black outer bag with the Cerberus logo. I'm able to adjust the amount of weight put in as needed. Very happy with its durability and looks. These workouts with heavy sandbags has given me great results. Getting "thicker" and people are noticing. I've always used weights on and off for 30 yrs, but these strongman bags are a game changer for the entire body. Amazon delivered promptly. I will be ordering more.
