Base WAY too small
Base is WAY too small to catch drippings, but if you put the whole unit in a larger pan, it works fine.

I really like this roasting rack
I really like this roasting rack. I thought it would be good for chickens. Which it is, but as a single guy I really like it for the Cornish Hens, which are smaller and taste just like chicken. So this perfect for me. I feel like I'm cooking but all I do is add some rub to the Hen and let it marinate for a few hours and then stick it the oven for like an hour and 15 minutes till it is done and I have the perfect size portion for a guy. It is so easy! So much better than buying those rotisserie chickens from the grocery store.
