Dead Deer Evo-Pod Mono-Pod Shooting Stick

The head on the bipod is not self aligning which is not a big problem because the swivel attachment above that allows you to rotate your rifle to align it which is good if you are shooting on a sidehill. It may be a little frustrating to use with a spotting scope. The sling stud attachment needed some shimming to make it secure on the forearm of the rifle plus you may want to install a better screw thru the stud to keep the threads on their screw from buggering up the stud etc. The foam pads included with the kit are too soft. The screw-in part of the spotting scope base looks like it is plastic so I think that may be a little weak. In fact all the parts except for the legs are plastic so my advice is handle with care.

I have the bipod version of this. This item is useless as a shooting stick. The base meant to hold a rifle is too small and too flat. The only way I could keep my rifle on it was to tie it with a bandana. It needs to be more of a V-shape. Don't waste your money.

It seems to be good for a cheaper tripod, but didnt want to spend alot of coin. it will due for now. Lil cheaper made with mostly all plastic parts. BUT I think if I were to buy again I'd go with the Bog Pod. But again u get what u paid for ! lol
