Good level, crappy shipping from Amazon
The level is great. I want to warn everyone that amazon shipped this level with no box. Just slapped labels on the metal. Rubber end piece was missing, and that end was slightly twisted. Husband thinks he can straighten it.

Excellent value compared to others twice the price. Mine actually came with one of the endcaps missing...I called Johnson and an extremely polite rep sent me not one but two of them right away. I use it mostly as a saw guide and verified the cuts with some smaller precision squares and it was spot-on.

Wow. There are still a few products not Made in China; a breath of Mountain Air. From the moment you lay your eyes on this level you know its premium; it looks premium from a distance and increasingly good up close. If feels da*n good in the hands. And the difference between vials made in China vs vials made in the USA is like the difference crawling and driving.

This is a solid level. I dont imagine this will every flex or bend from everyday usage. Nice bright orange to see it easily. The actual levels are nice and simple to read.
