This product does everything it is described to do. It provides excellent lighting during video teleconferencing type calls. It also provides different shades or colors that can help dramatically change the quality of your video during teleconferencing calls. It is simple to use, and very easy to set up.Update. So about 6 months into use and it no longer works!

I bought this in June and by the end of September, it stopped working entirely. I'm so disappointed. I had bought a second one to put in my office at work, too. It's really frustrating that the product was such poor quality.UPDATE: Seller sent a new one! Working perfectly again. Although the device plugs in via USB, I suspect that when it was plugged into my laptop, something about the laptop turning off/on messed with it. This time, I'm keeping it plugged into an outlet directly.

This ring light was a first purchase for us. We had heard about the ring lights and how they were useful for dark or low-light situations, but never had a need for them. My wife started taking a night on-line class and needed some low level lighting for a couple of hours each week. Ordered this light and what a dream come tru! It was truly great and filled her needs. Easy to use and has several cool adjustments as well including different level brightnesses and multiple types of light beams. It was our first ring light but certainly one of the best in our books and at a good price. Can't go wrong with this one!

This is a really solid light! The adjustable height is what I was looking for (although I'd like it to be about 5" higher"), and the base is solid to keep it in place, and the various light shades are perfect for adjusting to different light conditions, time of day, and complexions. The cell phone holder is an added bonus! The power switch on the cord (an an extra long cord) is great for easy access to powering it on/off.

I loved this light. Perfect for my desk setup. I only used it 3 or 4 times a month. Now the switch doesn't work. I tried to turn it on and nothing. Then the lights on the switch went out. Now nothing works to get the light to turn on. Looks like it has a switch issue. After less than 100 uses, this is not a good product for this price.UPDATE: The seller did reach out and generously offered to replace the light. They processed this very quickly and had a new light to me in 3 days. They did step up, and I've got the lighting I like again for my meetings.

This is a requested review. My home office is in the basement of our house and the lighting is less than ideal for video calls. Until recently I was able to avoid using my camera but a company edict came out requiring we join all calls using video. I purchased this light to use with my camera and have found it works nicely and improves my appearance on camera a great deal. I no longer look ghostly!Set up was simple and I like having the adjustable controls which come in handy depending on the weather and lighting coming in through my windows.

My small office has trouble with Zoom calls because most places where I can sit are backlit, putting my face in the dark on viewers' screens. When Zoom first took hold, I purchased a nice-looking desk lamp with rectangular screen and separate controls for brightness and warmth. It just isn't strong enough to overcome the shadow problem. A friend suggested this $30 circle light, and I was skeptical but decided to try it. Setup took a minute or so, plugin less, and: ZOOM! There I was, out of the darkness into the light for all to see.

Yes- flip the light, change the light temperature and brightness, and you’ve got a multi-function lamp/video conference light that doesn’t hog a lot of desk space.It’s been great for job interviews!Almost 5 stars- wish it was a tiny bit taller and the controls a bit easier - but for the price it is great. Study and functional so far!

I bought this ring light to help light items I'm working with using my hands in video content. I needed a desk stand that would not tip over or be so large it would end up in the shot, and this stand is exactly that. It would be easy to add more weight if for some reason one needed to do so. This light is compact, the stand is very sturdy as compared to some ring lights I've given up on, and the light is very simple to use. It has nice even light (even when tilted down) and can be softened as needed. I haven't used the phone holder at this point and I will say that the phone clamp itself is plastic with some rough edges here and there and thus seems a bit flimsy. Since I won't be using it (much) that isn't a big concern, but if I was planning to use the phone clamp a lot I would be more concerned about longevity. Overall it's a very good compact ring light for the money and perfect for my videos!

Great light for when I need to photograph items and also for video calls. My house is quite dark and so this works wonders. Makes my face look better - more natural too which is a bonus!

This is an excellent light - great multiple features. East to assemble.. a wonderful product - I would buy it again. I highly recommend it. Great for online content. SUPER 10/10

On assembly the product didn’t allow for the height to be adjusted. Since I needed to use it immediately I kept it anyway. Within a month the on / off button stopped working so the only way to switch it off was to unplug. Over the past few months it’s becoming increasingly unreliable and as of this week (9 months after buying) it has stopped working completely and I’ve had to replace (with a different provider)

UPDATE:They have really good customer service. The company reached out to me and worked with me to replace the product with a functioning light at no cost to me. The new light works well, as the other one previously did. I would suggest plugging this light into a constant power source such as a USB electrical outlet charging block rather than a TV or computer/laptop as they turn on and off often which could lead to surges and failed units. When working, the light is a solid choice for videos, podcasting or FaceTime/work calls and I’d rate it 4/5.————————-Within 6 months of buying this cheap plastic light ring, it has completely died. It won’t turn on at all. I had it plugged into my computers USB port and it seems the cheap electrical components in this light have been fried. Buyer beware!
