15'' Walnut Chess Set with Storage Board for Adults & Children, 2 Players

Absolutely beautiful for the price. Is this a 700 dollar custom set, hand carved out of rare stone or exotic wood? No. Are you going to find better for 40usd? Also no. This sets is beautifully made and Absolutely perfect for travel. The case is solid and keeps all the pieces secure. It's a good size. The pieces are bottom felted. They are not weighted but feel solid though light. Maybe not suitable for a park in high winds. And to top it off this is the first set under 100 usd I've seen that comes with spare queens. Couldn't be happier.

Easy to carry around.

The media could not be loaded. Nice and robust wooden chess set. The chess pieces are kept in excellent condition by the case. The pieces don't seem flimsy or delicate and they appear to hold up rather well over time. Very good set considering the cost! I like that it only has chess pieces and no checkers pieces. This set is ideal for both myself and my students. I train and instruct some of my students using this set. A student told me they want to possess their own LuckyWish chess set.. I told them they could get one for themselves on Amazon, but I'll probably get another to give to my student. I really like it!

Got 3 of these sets to play remote chess with our grandchildren. Very pleased with the style, quality and design👍👍. Planning to get a 4th set so I can play 2 games at the same time.

Some magnets put on in opposite of direction, so some pieces stick together an others repel, but otherwise it is great.No annoying checkers pieces to fiddle with.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my brother. Meets most of his requirements: adequately sized board, storage for pieces inside folding board, letters and numerals along borders for position notation, but craftsmanship and quality control are just fair. The board itself is okay, just a little rocky when opened flat, but I'd be surprised if there's any walnut in it. The pieces are pretty simplistic in design and the stain/varnish is unevenly applied, resulting in some color variability. As for storage of the pieces, some of the slots in the foam were too large, resulting in pieces falling out when the board was closed. I glued thin foam along the sides of the slots to tighten up them up but it was kind of a pain. Overall the set isn't bad for a kid or beginner, but I'm a little disappointed in the quality.
