I got these for my bridesmaid heels, 3 inch open toe sandals. The shoes were satin and the insole was a little slippery. Adding these pads to the shoe was perfect for securing my feet so they didn’t sleep around and cause me to trip. They were totally invisible under my size 8 women’s feet, just position it slightly before the toe ends, not on the very end of the shoe.

I use these in my dance shoes for pole fitness. One of my pairs of 7 inch heels is quite uncomfortable because my feet slide forward too much and it squishes my toes. These inserts are great for cushioning my feet and keeping them from sliding too much.The adhesive is perfect- it’s easy to reposition at first to get them in the right place, but then they stay where you put them. They have held up for months so far, dancing in them for at least a few hours a week.

They did not provide any comfort or support. They adhered briefly, but then kept sliding around as I walked. I bought two packs for two different pairs of heels and the adhesive ruined the inside of one.
