After reading reviews i was unsure but it looks expensive and wow had a good night's sleep.very easy to install.

I am updating my previous review and this is the replacement bed I got after the first one was just as bad. After buying the first bed it arrived broken missing parts completely different mattress from shown on description which also description states mattress depth is 25cm (9.8 inches) but is only 1cm (7.5 inches) after sorting out a replacement with Amazon a new bed arrived withing 4 days. after unpacking bed and mattress I discovered the replacement bed was as bad if not worse than the first again with a completely different mattress form photos in description. As with the first bed the 2nd had thick staples sticking out the top of base, the covering under the bottom of base was ripped and not stappled in some places, the headboard is poor quality as can feel the uneven stuffing, missing fixtures for headboard, This company boast of taking pride offering high quality handcrafted divan beds. ensuring these are made to the highest standard.If this is their highest standard then I would advise avoiding unless you want to be very disappointed, I gave them the benefit of the doubt by having a replacement but after receiving a worst replacement I will not be buying from this company again, there seems to be no quality control checks before these beds are dispatched to customers, and their customer service are not interested if buying from Amazon as they say its Amazons problem not theirs although it is not Amazon who make the beds. I will give credit to Amazon who were very helpful and sorted both issues without any fuss, Excellent customer service in resolving issue to a satisfactory conclusion.

This bed is worth every penny it so comfortable and the mattress is amazing it's prefect for us as its slightly higher but that's fine and also my wife bed bar fit under neath the mattress we put in on top of a topper we had if you looking for new bed at brilliant price this is the one, guys that delivery it was friendly and polite and help us with putting the base in and the mattress box in front door but held it up so I could grip it.

Delivery driver was really helpful, prioritized my delivery due to it being scheduled, otherwise if he'd followed his drop route he would have been very late. Bed itself was fairly easy to put together on my own, however I'd strongly suggest 2 people doing it especially when unpacking the mattress

Firstly I will explain that (possibly due to the pandemic and/or cost of fuel) the seller cancelled my order as soon as they found out I lived 400 miles from their depot. They calimed it was damaged in transit and returned to the supplier, but I smell a rat. I had no feedback about this until I called the courier company and demanded to know why it hadn't arrived. And surprise surprise, instead of sending me another bed, they said it was out of stock.I have since bought a similar bed from another outlet and in my experience they are all the same. They are sturdy, they can be put together fairly easily if there are two of you, and they work as beds. Remember that the very nature of beds supposes that you will lie down and distribute your weight evenly. it doesn't need to be made of steel to support even a hefty person.My main gripe with any of these beds is that the holes used to secure the bases togetherm, and to secure the headboard, are not cut out in the fabric. The holes are underneath yes, and they have been drilled and tapped accordingly, but the fabirc is secured on top, meaning that you have to get a knife or similar to poke through the hole. They say to use the bolts provided to do this, but it's impossible to get a clean hole through fabric with a blunt bolt!Secondly, the exterior packaging material (plastic and cardboard) is actually stapled to the bed itself, so be prepared to get a knife/screwdriver or pry tool to remove them whilst trying not to rip the bed fabric.In summary, I have just bought a bed for double the price of this one from somewhere else, and wish I hadn't. They are all the same, made exactly the same way and I dare say made in the same factory which the seller then chooses to stick a "Dreams" sticker on and sell for 40% more. I have no proof to support these claims but you can see it from looking at it.

Was very surprised at the quality of this bed and mattress. It was the cheapest I could find, so was a bit optimistic. Great value and comfortable. Worth the money spent 🙂

There was no instructions for this ,not enough screws provided .The mattress had a stain on it and the Headboard wooden planks ,had a split in it .The mattress is nothing like the picture ,very thin
