Seems to work well, east to swallow and no stomach or nausea issues.

I can say much about what it’s doing for my gut health but I think this has been doing a great job at regulating my digestive system. I was always a person that rarely had bowel movements(2 times a week) and generally struggled when going, but after a few weeks of taking this I’ve become very regular at once a day basically every morning.

We just recently purchased these. They aren't horrible but my husband said they have a weird texture. Not bad. Hopefully they will work.

Nature Target Men's is very effective relieving gas. The first two items listed as ingredients, I believe, are the reason. This product is more effective than any I tried before. I also use Colostrum for my digestive health. Dick R.

Wasn't that thrilled with these. They left me a little gassy.I'll be going back to Swanson's 66 Billion formula.
