Works perfectly
I had a few issues with grit in our water system which was causing our bathroom tap to constantly drip. But fitting a new inlet filter, reseating the taps and switching to ceramic inserts has solved all that. This product is far more robust than the plastic ones you can get, the spring helps with applying an even pressure and the toothed head smoothed the seals in the tap down in no time, a great little set

Robust, well made tool
Unlike many other similar tools which have plastic components, this is all metal. It is well-made and worked well when used. Highly recommended.

Worked, but…
Took some time and an aching arm to grind out the groove in the washer seat that had been leaking for ages. It did the job eventually, but left a serrated surface (see photo) instead of smooth. Fortunately the tap washer does seal against this ok, for now.

Quality and Versatile tool
Had a dripping tap that was in the house when we moved in over 20 odd years ago. Had always meant to get a reseating tool but most cheaper ones had mixed reviews except this one.Wanted one that would fit as many taps as possible as I always find I have the one unique model of anything. This has worked brilliantly, the tap was a little stiff too so whilst it was apart I cleaned it all up.No more drips and tap now fully shuts off with ease.
